A generic video-call link doesn't feel like an event. We build and host bespoke virtual event platforms that carry your own branding rather than a video-conferencing logo, so delegates land somewhere that looks and feels like your event from the first click.

Fully customisable, we build the platforms in house from the first piece of code to the last. Provide us with your brand guidelines and we can put together anything from a simple single page platform, to a multi-page site tailored to your specific needs. On the face of it, delegates receive individualised log-ins, and are greeted by your branding from that first log-in screen. On entry to the platform, in addition to a live-stream, the possibilities are almost endless. From a welcome message to presenter bios, from additional VOD areas and breakout streams to carefully curated areas for sponsors and event partners alongside their external links, you tell us what you would like to include, and we'll show you examples of how that can happen.

A special "greenroom" area for presenters acts as the ingest and provides clicker and Q&A/chat/polls all in one place. This presenter ingest solution can also be provided on its own for a slick and on-brand ingest to your own broadcast solution.

Underneath, the platform streams over RTMPS to whichever destination your production needs, our own Vmix studios, a third-party encoder, or a broadcast partner, and we provide dedicated support for the duration of the event, not just at setup.

It's the platform layer behind our virtual and hybrid event production, and it can also be supplied on its own if you already have a production team and just need somewhere secure and brandable to host the event.
