Pre-event planning can be as important, if not more important than the on-site. If an event is planned well in advance, it helps to make the on-site experience as seamless and hassle-free as possible. It's our job to understand the technology available to bring alive your creative vision.

We provide Technical Director and Technical Production Management services for creative agencies and event management companies, plugging in as the technical layer to your team that is already working on the project. We come on board at the beginning of your project, or even providing advice at the pitch stage, to listen to the vision and requirements for the event and advise on the best technical solution for your budget. We are present in your internal and client-facing meetings where required, providing technical knowledge, skill and perspective. We are more than happy to work in a white label capacity and sign NDAs for any stage of the process.

CAD & Visualisation Services

Knowing how important it is for a client to be able to picture their event in the planning stages, we provide CAD and 3-D visualisation services, taking the venue as it stands and adding in your creative vision alongside the precise technical elements to ensure that everyone is able to envision the event accurately. This also helps to make sure that any kit specced is right for the room.

Site Visits

When the event needs to be perfect, you wouldn't dream of not visiting the venue before hand, but do you know what to look for from a technical point of view? As Technical Director or Technical Production Manager, we accompany you on site visits to ensure we have asked the right questions, spotted everything the technical production team may need to know and taken precise measurements. We can then take those observations and feed them straight into our visualisations.

Supplier Liaison

While we are able to supply a technical team and AV solution from our in-house stock, there are time that may not be what is required - maybe the event is in a different country and to work as sustainably as possible, we would want to use an in-country supplier, or maybe you've already committed to a venue that has a required supplier. As your Technical Director/Production Manager, we can spec the kit list for the event and liaise with that company, ensuring that they have all the information that they need and that you are clear that what you are booking with them will absolutely meet the vision for your event.
