Virtual Event Production

Virtual events remove the travel and venue costs of a physical event without asking your presenters to become broadcast engineers. Presenters join from a laptop or a webcam — everything after that, encoding, graphics, switching between speakers, screen shares and pre-recorded content, is handled from our Vmix remote production studios in Birmingham.

That means the finished stream looks and sounds like a broadcast, not a video call: consistent audio levels, clean on-screen graphics, and a producer watching the whole show so nothing goes out live unchecked.

We've produced virtual events at every scale, from a fifteen-minute business update to a full-day AGM with dozens of speakers, and we broadcast to whichever platform your audience already uses rather than asking them to learn a new one.
