Hybrid Event Production

A hybrid event has to work for two audiences at once: the people in the room and the people watching remotely. Get the balance wrong and one side always feels like an afterthought. Get it right and you've given everyone a great experience, included broader content, expanded your event reach, and prioritised accessibility.

We run both sides from a single production, so a remote presenter can be brought into the room's screens as if they were on stage, and the in-room content — slides, video, audio — reaches the remote stream cleanly and in sync.

We can draw on our warehouse of AV equipment and technical know-how to run our hybrid productions entirely from the in-person venue or manage the virtual elements via our purpose-built Vmix remote production studios in Birmingham, increasing the possibilities in a venue that could otherwise be restricted on space or internet capacity.

Because we also build and run virtual event platforms in-house, we can custom build a Bespoke Event Platform for your hybrid event or integrate directly with your existing platform which your audience is already familiar with.

Our hybrid productions run from the same Vmix remote production studios we use for fully virtual events, and can draw on our AV equipment rental stock for the in-room side.
